The Italian home of the Hollywood star George Clooney has
been broken into recently. Two drunken Belgian tourists
holidaying in Italy decided it would be fun to go and visit
the star of Oceans
12 and The
Perfect Storm.
The pair, Tim Grobben, 31, and Ben Stinkens, 21, both from
Belgium went to the Italian lakeside residence of Clooney
and were allowed in after saying "Ciao, it's George"
on the intercom system.

Clooney's
House in Italy Invaded (continued) ..
They were
seen only after the housekeeper went to look for Clooney. The
pair were taken into police custody and were later released,
but may still face charges of "violating a domicile"
under Italian law.
The lawyer for the Belgian tourists said "They pressed
the intercom as a joke and were amazed when the gate slid open".
His clients had no intentions of harming the actor, but were
just doing a foolish thing while intoxicated.
George Clooney's Italian multi million dollar villa is situated
on the shores of Lake Como in Laglio, Italy. The house is valued
at more than $7 million USD.
